Starting the new year
with some beautiful wools
is absolutely perfect.
It has taken me a few
days to get use
to working with
these colors....
Autumn colors
&
Christmas colors
are easy.....
Had to take a few
trips to the quilt store
to get the right fabrics....
I have the first row
ready for embroidery.
The center of the quilt will be
30 x 30,
with a nice wide border
for more embroidery.
I do need to tell you that
I finally got to mailing out the patterns
for my giveaway in December.

ReplyDeleteI love those green wools. I think it would be hard,because of fall colors being my favorite. but then this time of year I think about red and white and blue and white. I like that green. Thank you so much for your giveaway. Have a wonderful evening, I would love to be able to go to a quilt store and buy wool. They don't sell it here.
