Somehow I got myself into two very large projects - like a year long stitching project. But today I am taking time to work on this piece from Carriage House Samplings. I love the gold linen. I try to keep as busy as possible to fill the day up - I'm ready to get my new sewing room organized. Really it's a bedroom turned into a sewing room. The housing development where we are moving too has a lot of models to chose from and you can add bonus rooms and all sorts of things. But there is only two of us so we kept it small - most everyone there has a large 2 story home. I love the 2 stories they have beautiful views of the mountains. We chose a corner lot within walking distance of the pool and workout center. After living on 5 acres we needed some room to breath...... Of all the times we have been out to see the house I have not yet seen one person in the pool and only one time have I seen a person in the gym. I love it - brand new treadmills just for me!

You are making me want to pull out a cross stitch project .... which is a wonderful idea ..... but I really need to work on a fabric project .... but I can't get my mind off of a piece of linen .... and subtle floss colors ..... sigh .....
