 Got my quilt back
from Miss Laura, the quilter,
haven't had time to even
trim the excess batting off.
Had to get a nice big order off
to the distributor today
tonight I can start the binding.
I asked for swirls
I got them
I also got some Christmas trees,
holly leaves
some other pretty things.
I hope you are having a nice
end to your summer!
We warmed back up here so
we are still enjoying our walks in the evenings.
Now the tomato plants decide to
pump out lots of tomatos!
If I were smart I would cook up
some nice sauce for winter
but no time for that.
Next week is the Boise Quilt Show
I will be there with all
my new quilts.
Lets hope there are a lot of nice ladies
to visit with this time!
Have a great
rest of your week!

Your quilt is lovely. I love the designs and you are so fast. I can't believe how fast you can put a quilt together. I hope this quilt show is the best. I wondered where you had been your work always keeps me motivated. I am hoping though for cold weather soon.
Have a lovely time with your Indian Summer weather. :)

How exciting to get your quilt back, and with such beautiful quilting. Good Luck at your next show. I hope it works out better than the last one for you.

Oh, I'll bet you were thrilled with the quilting job, Liz--it looks amazing! I hope the Boise show brings in more customers--wish I was there to see all of your quilts in person :)
