McCall's Quilting Magazine

In the newest issue of McCall's Quilting Magazine
is my scrappy house quilt.
Don't you just love the gold fabric?
I found it stuck in a corner of
the quilt store, been there for years I'm sure.
Trust me, I used every square inch
of it!
AND
guess what???
it made the cover!!

What a special day this was - to open
an email and see a picture of a quilt that
you made right there on the cover of a magazine!
The quilting was done by a
great quilter - Laura
and
you can reach her at www.thequiltranchidaho.com

Thank you McCall's for the great honor!

Congers on the cover quilt! I can see why it made the cover. The gold color combined with the house blocks is so inviting.

How cool is that? Just goes to show you never know...until you try. Thanks for the inspiration.

Have fun packing again, you will be so happy in your new home...

Glad you are feeling better, too! We both had the same thing like you, and for weeks!
